Our 360° LED headlight adopts a four-sided LED core design, significantly reducing the light-emitting diameter to closely match that of halogen and xenon bulbs. This ensures a perfectly focused beam pattern with no dark spots and no need for manual beam adjustment. Just like traditional halogen or HID headlights, our LED provides a true 360-degree light output — but with up to 10 times the brightness of a standard halogen bulb.

Power Supply

The power supply is a critical component of this product, as many vehicles are capable of detecting irregular power consumption from the headlights. If the power supply is not consistent with the original specifications, it may lead to the following issues:

  • Flashing or Flickering: The headlights may not function properly and could continuously flash or flicker when turned on.
  • Radio Interference: Abnormal power supply may affect radio signals, resulting in poor audio quality or static during broadcast.
  • Headlight Shutdown on Start: The headlights may temporarily shut off when the vehicle starts and only turn back on after the engine is running.
  • Dashboard Warning Light: The vehicle’s dashboard may display a warning light, indicating a power-related issue with the headlight system.

To address these concerns, we utilize power supplies that have undergone extensive testing and are equipped with advanced power decoding capabilities to ensure a stable and reliable output.

Additionally, our system features an intelligent temperature control circuit. This technology monitors operating temperature in real time, and if a preset threshold is reached, it will automatically reduce power output to protect the vehicle’s electrical system and maintain optimal performance.
